A lot has happened since we have written last. Classes has started and our interns went back to college. Nvidia announced their new ampere graphics cards, Intel announced new mobile CPUs, and much more that we will talk about today.
AMD is having two announcements next month. One on October 8, which will cover Zen 3 and one on October 28 which will cover RDNA 2. As a user of Ryzen 3xxx CPUs, I am excited to see what is next and cannot wait to see the GPU offering from AMD.
Apple is hosting an event on September 15. It is rumored that this event will only cover a new Apple Watch and iPad and a possible second event in October would cover the iPhone. Remember, these rumors are not confirmed and will not be until Apple makes an announced.
Finally, CES 2021 will be an all virtual event. Also, the event will take place from January 11-14, 2021. It was announced today that Verizon CEO Hans Vestberg will deliver the CES 2021 opening keynote.
