The budget model the S10e is a direct rival to the iPhone XR since it is priced the same at $750. It is competitive since it has a higher screen resolution along with HDR10+ support, larger battery at 3,100mah, double the base storage at 128GB with 6GB of RAM and a 256GB with 8GB of RAM and still has dual cameras. Although Samsung still had to cut a few corners with the S10e to get the cost down, first starting with the screen resolution and size being a 5.8” FHD+ resolution instead of the QHD+ found on the regular S10 and S10+. They also removed the telephoto lens off of the back but still kept the ultra wide angle lens. They also decided to place the fingerprint scanner on the power button instead of using the ultrasonic scanner inside the screen that's found in the other models.
The regular S10 coming in at $899 has a triple lens camera setup with one selfie camera along with a 6.1” screen with a QHD+ resolution and supports HDR10+. The base storage is 128GB and comes with a 512GB option both with 8GB of RAM along with expansion for a micro-SD card. It also has a 3,400mah battery.
The S10+ has a larger 6.4” screen and an extra selfie camera for depth information to make selfies in portrait mode have more accurate bokeh. It also has a larger battery at 4,100mah and starts out at $999. The base storage is 128GB with 8GB of RAM but also comes with models in 512GB with 8GB of RAM and 1TB with 12GB of RAM along with expansion for a micro sd card. The model that's supposed to come out in Q2 of this year is the S10 5G which will first be an exclusive to Verizon but then will become available on other carriers. The price is unknown but it has a large 6.7” screen along with a quad camera setup on the back but the extra camera is only used for depth information and also comes with a 5,000mah battery. Unfortunately it doesn't have micro-SD card support but comes with a base storage of 256GB along with 8GB of RAM.
