The iPhone 7 might have an improved Taptic Engine, according to Japanese website Nikkei. The report does not offer more details about the new engine, but it could be used for improvements to 3D Touch and broader haptic feedback.
The next generation iPhone is said to drop the 16GB option. This might change the storage options from 16GB, 64GB, and 128GB to 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB. Earlier this year it was rumored that they would introduced a high-end 256GB storage option that would be limited to only the 5.5 inch version.
