With Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference June 3-7, there already is speculation as to what may be unveiled at the event. Every year, WWDC starts with a keynote where the unveiling of iOS 13, macOS 10.15, watchOS 6, and tvOS 13 is expected. Do you know what else is expected?
A Message From Our Sponsor:
iOS 13
As shown in our recent post here, iOS 13 is expected to feature a system-wide dark mode, improved multi-tasking, and a redesigned volume indicator. The new version may also include a redesigned Home screen for both the iPhone and iPad. Finally, the files app is expected to be revamped with new gestures.
macOS 10.15
As a part of their Marzipan efforts, Apple is planning on introducing new Music, Podcasts, and Books app in macOS 10.15. Apple is expected to phase out support for 32-bit apps in this release. iOS apps and features including Shortcuts, Screen Time, and iMessage effects will reportedly be coming to macOS this year.
Other Software Releases
Apple will also unveil new versions of tvOS and watchOS. Not uncommonly, we do not know details of these updates, but may hear more closer to the event.
Hardware
While Apple has released hardware at WWDC before, we believe that Apple may at most preview the Modular Mac Pro this year. Apple has been working on this device since early 2017.
