Now correct me if I am wrong, but is BeFrank trying to become a national currency of Belgium?
Yes, it is time to be frank. It is time for BeFrank.
First of all: BeFrank is money by Belgians, for Belgians and under the control of Belgians, or anyone who feels part of our community for that matter. A National cryptocurrency is supposed to focus on a national level first, but if it does what it should, BeFrank could be playing a leading role for all the other national crypto's that are around. And working together should eliminate beginner mistakes and yield better and faster results.
Some of us like to see money being created for more than ourselves. It's demonstrating that some of [us] can't help ourselves [from] verifying only a crazy idea to the marketplace. It still can be solving some real world issues. It is the hobby project for a lifetime.
BeFrank is young and its first steps showed promising results. First BeFrank discussions started in December 2017 over a few beers. Beers matter -- but drink responsibly.
The fact that we don't own BeFrank, the community owns it. We can only move forward if we all stick together and focus our time and effort together towards every new goal. Everybody who wants to participate can does grow the movement.
It is very early -- but exciting -- days, and for most people there is a lot of confusion and a lot of speculation. With the BeFrank community we hope to bring clarity, locally.
