The fact that Apple may release iOS 9.2 soon, means that if a utility is released for iOS 9.1 it will likely be patched with the release of iOS 9.2. This would be a waste of vulnerabilities. TaiG and Pangu will most likely save their vulnerabilities for iOS 9.2.
